Thank you to the Brisbane City Council for the following grants we have received.
Access and Inclusion Grant for funding our beautiful new bathrooms at Gan Gani Kindergarten. This grant allowed the kindy to fully renovate the existing children's bathroom and to install a wheelchair accessible bathroom for children and adults who attend and visit the kindy. We are proud to be a fully wheelchair accessible kindergarten for children, their carers and visitors. These new bathrooms not only benefit current and future families enrolled in the kindy, but also our special friends from the Salvation Army Aged Care and Endeavour Foundation to visit us on a regular basis.
Environment & Sustainability Grant for funding our new 6.5kw solar system enabling the kindy to reduce electricity costs and further reduce our carbon footprint.
Lord Mayor's Suburban Initiative Fund for contributing towards the purchase and installation of a new air-conditioner.
Gan Gani Kindy has some exciting news – We are getting a new Cubby House!
Thanks to the talented craftmanship and generosity of the wonderful teachers and students from within the St Edmund’s College Manual Arts Department, Gan Gani Kindy will have a brand new Cubby House for Kindy kids to play and enjoy from 2019!
St Edmund’s both built and donated the Cubby to Gan Gani and we are so very grateful. We are also incredibly grateful to Shane from Brown’s Delivery Service who did not hesitate to rise to the occasion and assist our Kindy in the delivery of the majority of the Cubby House pieces. This could not have been done without Shane’s support, persistence and generosity and we highly recommend having a look at Shane’s website to see the other fantastic services he offers to our community.
Exciting times ahead at Gan Gani! Thank you to St Edmunds College and Brown's Delivery Service
